Full Description:

Application under Section 96a of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to undertake non-material amendments to permission ref. 14/00066/REM dated 29 April 2014, to reflect the proposed design amendments changes: • Reconfiguration of the building footprint and localised changes to the massing in the northern Honour Lea Avenue elevation; • Minor reduction in the overall building height; • Minor reconfiguration of external balconies and windows; • Changes to external material finishes; • Minor changes to the residential entrance; and • Updating of landscape materials in areas to be adopted by the London Borough of Newham to reflect their standards. • Removal of the secondary stair core; and • Rationalisation of the primary stair and lift core and the omission of the fire escape to Honour Lea Avenue to enable improvements to the apartment layouts and rationalising of ground floor for servicing/bikes/refuse.
